The intense and fruity notes of Huila cocoa beans meet the fresh and slightly spicy flavor of the most famous oriental root in the West.

Our bar is entirely handmade, from production to final packaging: after roasting, we process the cocoa beans by adding only brown sugar and chilli, because a few but good ingredients are enough. Choice of raw materials of excellence, care for processing and packaging and attention to the environmental impact: these are all essential elements for the creation of our handmade line. In fact, to wrap our tablet we have chosen an ecological and innovative paper, which is produced using excess algae from lagoon-endangered environments. A paper not only ecological but also biodegradable. Finally, after production and wrapping, the tablet is placed in a recycled and recyclable cardboard tile, a virtuous example of legal and sustainable economy, created in collaboration with Legambiente Italia.
