The good thing is also the right thing
Cimitarra is a single-origin Colombian chocolate, made in Modica, derived from the Trinitarian variety, selected in the nineteenth century and cultivated in Bucaramanga, which today grow under the agroforeastal regime in the department of Santander. The grain from which it is born is the result of the work of the farmers, gathered in the Asoprolan association, led by the agronomist Gonzalo Tavera Cruz, who decided to change, planting cocoa instead of coca. The taste of Cimitarra reflects in its delicacy, warm and enveloping, without acid notes and with an aroma that recalls honey, the sweetness of a dream that does not fade at dawn.
