A new project: a new bet, a precise selection of row materials, an inspection of the production chain, from the cocoa bean toasting to the creation of bar ended. there are many reasons behind the idea to create a new workshop of production devoted to a chocolate limited edition. Dolci Fonderie Ciomod’ project was born from the desire to try to find out something by making tests, and become increasingly actors of the process of our chocolate. In our new workshop, opened for guests who want to discover more about the world of chocolate, taking part in its process with its various steps, first we start our production from the selection of cocoa beans. And then we continue toasting them, grinding them until the ended product. The product line of Dolci Fonderie Ciomod bars is entirely hand- wrapped and is “dressed” for the occasion with a packaging design limited edition.
